petitioner represented that his client/petitioner requested for change of vakalat, and he would hand over the papers and sought for an adjournment. Recording the said submission, the case was adjourned to today (20.12.2017). Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up, the learned counsel reports no instructions and states that he has handed over case papers to his client/petitioner. Thus, so far the petitioner has not made any arrangement to engage a counsel to pursue the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
