and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.RAMYA Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) Seeking an order of injunction restraining the respondents from demolishing or altering the suit property and from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule property which is the subject matter of Tr.C.S.No.318 of 2007, the present petition has been filed.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that inasmuch as the appellant is residing in the premises in question, there will not be any disturbance till the disposal of the appeal.
3.In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, there cannot be any demolition that is likely to take place.
