This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint made by the Petitioner dated 26.04.2019 now pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent in R.C.No.72/AC CCB/EDF-1 Wing.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents Police.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
