Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action in the complaint of the petitioners dated 18.11.2014 preferred in order to protect the property and family members of the petitioners concerned.

The petitioners have filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action in the complaint of the petitioners dated 18.11.2014 preferred in order to protect the property and family members of the petitioners concerned.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents and perused the materials available on record.
