ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10617 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10617 of 2025 by an order dated 09.04.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; After arrested in the above case subsequently he was arrested in Crime No. 611 of 2024 by the J-8 Neelankarai Police Station on that case on 04.04.2025 this Court granted bail in Crl.O.P.10159 of 2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. After, he released on bail, he is regularly complying the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10159 of 2025 by reporting before Inspector of Police, J-8 Neelankarai Police Station. Hence, he was unable to comply the condition in the present case. Therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10617 of 2025.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10617 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025, the petitioner is directed to appear

before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 05.00 p.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
