Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the communication dated 16.12.2009 sent by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent regarding disapproval of the writ petitioner and quash the same as null and void and unenforceable and consequentially direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete the M.Tech Textile Technology(SS-FT) in the 4th respondent College till the duration of the course.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the communication dated 16.12.2009 sent by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent regarding disapproval of the petitioner and to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete M.Tech Textile Technology(SS-FT) course in the 4th respondent College till the duration of the course.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for teh respondents, on instructions submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, yet another communication dated 24.02.2010 came to be issued by Anna University, informing that the petitioner's candidature was not approved by the Directorate of Technical Education. 3.In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands dispose of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said communication, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
