(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for the respondent/caveator, has no objection in ordering this petition.

4. We perused the affidavit of the petitioners filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that the Central Government has changed the name of 'Chennai Port Trust' as 'Chennai Port Authority' and therefore, the petitioners may be permitted to modify the causetitle accordingly, in the present appeal.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
