Respondents Prayer :Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent/Commissioner of Police, Chennai District to register a FIR through the 2nd respondent /Police agaisnt both the said persons viz., Mr.N.Raju and his wife Mrs.R.Shanthi and further entrust the investigation to a Police Officer senior in Rank to the 2nd Respondent/Inspector of Police, V-5, Thirumangalam Police Station, SBOA School Road, Anna Nagar West, Chennai 600 101 so as to file a final report in accordance with law after conducting proper complete thorough investigation in the above CSR.No.752/CSR/V5PS/14 dated 08.12.2014.

The petitioner has come forward with the aforementioned prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.752 of 2014 and the same was closed on 11.01.2015, as the petitioner/defacto complainant himself has agreed that he is withdrawing the complaint. A copy of the statement of the petitioner has been submitted to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law, if so advised.
