Crl.M.P.No.6999 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.462 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to amend the name of the petitioner as Madhani Sheik Lafir instead of Sheik Madhani Lafir in the cause title in Crl.RC.No.462 of 2016. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file another revision with correct name."

3.The above said endorsement is recorded.

4.In view of the said endorsement, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law.
