ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5923 of 2025 date 04.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5923 of 2025 date 04.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the E6 Thirupporur Police Station, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chengalpattu District, Tamilnadu on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
