Sub Application No.245/2019:
To pass an order of direction directing the respondents to discharge the mortage on the property situated at S.No.57/1, Kodingyur Village, Sembium Sub Division in plot No.124, Union Carbide Colony, 6th Street, Kodingur, Chennai 600 118 returned the original documents, transfer the title and interest of the said property in the name of the petitioner without any encumbrance pending disposal of the above Contempt Application.

ORDER
This Court, vide order dated 22.10.2018, disposed of the writ petition in WP.No.25657 of 2018, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation requesting to discharge of mortgage, release all the documents and transfer the title and interest in favour of the petitioner by executing documents, in respect of the property at S.No.57/1, Kodingyur Village, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interest parties, within a period of eight weeks. Since the said direction has not been complied with, within the stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2/4
2.Today, when this matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the execution formalities had already been completed and the documents alone have to be released to the petitioner.
3.The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with a direction to the respondent to release the documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
