PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to receive and register the Power of Attorney Cancellation Deed dated 24.03.2025 in favour of the petitioner in respect of her property situated at Karaikal Municipality No.28, situated at Karaikal Nagar, Kamarajar Road, as per Document, Ward - F, Block No.8, T.S.No.5, R.S.No.75/3, O.S.No.230/2A1, 2C1, 230/3 Patta no.1147, as per settlement Ward - F, Block No.8, T.S.No.5/1/10/1/1/1, (as per GLR, T.S.No.5/1/10/1/1) R.S.No.75/3pt, O.S.No.239/2A/1pt, Patta No.2652, which is having a total extent of 0 Hectare - 10 Are - 84 Centiare or 81 Kuzhi was purchased by the petitioner in the year 1990 vide registered Sale Deed Document bearing No.872/1990 on the file of SRO, Karaikal, in accordance with law.
