ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.692 of 2020 dated 12.12.2019.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted the proceedings of the respondents in G.O.Ms.No. (2o) vz;/01 Dated 05.01.2022. It is seen from the proceedings that the petitioner appointment has been regularized in the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant with effect from 21.02.2007. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled for regularization from 03.02.2004 onwards.

3.In the considered view of this Court, this issue cannot be gone into in this contempt petition and it is left open to the petitioner to independently challenge the proceedings, if the petitioner is aggrieved. Except, giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
