ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 05.07.2022 made in W.P.No.16977 of 2022.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that, as directed by this Court, in order dated 05.07.2022 in W.P.No. 16977 of 2022, the respondents have complied with the order of the Court and the petitioner has also joined duty. A copy of the proceedings dated 08.06.2023 has also been placed before this Court.

in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents, the contempt Petition is closed.
