The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 14.06.2022 in W.P.No.24007 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the proposal sent by the school Management for approval of appointment of the petitioner as Middle School Teacher was rejected by the first respondent, vide proceedings in Na.ka.No.220/A1/2022 dated 29.11.2022 and a copy of the same was received by the petitioner on 05.04.2023, vide postal acknowledge proof produced before this Court. However, the present contempt petition came to be filed before this Court only on 05.06.2023.
3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
