Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for willfull disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 05.07.2022 made in W.P.No.4587 of 2020.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court dated 05.07.2022, the respondents has passed an order in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.42748/N1/2022-2 dated 30.05.2023 by rejecting the said claim of the petitioners. He has also produced the copy of the order of the respondents dated 30.05.2023 before this Court.

3. In view of the compliance of the order by the respondents, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order, it is always open to them to challenge the above order of the respondents.
