Heard Mr. S.T.Vardarajulu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Muthukumar, Learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr. R.Babu, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 21.06.2022 in W.P. No. 23256 of 2016 passed by the Court.

Learned State Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced Order in Ka. No. 5526/Pension/TNSTC(Salem)/2022 dated 09.09.2022 passed by the Assistant Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Limited, Salem and Order in Ka. No. CO2/W.P.23256/ 2016/TNSTC/2023 dated 31.08.2023 passed by the First Respondent showing that the order dated 21.06.2022 in W.P. No. 23256 of 2016 passed by the Court has been complied and their copies are placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing 2/4

remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
