C.M.P.Nos.11594 and 11596 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.115992 and 115997 of P.T.ASHA, J., These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 997 and 998 days respectively in re-presenting the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.115992 and 115997 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, as learned counsel for the appellant in the appeal and instead, insert the name of Mr.P.Valliappan for M/s.PV Law Associates, as learned counsel for the appellant in the cause list.
