Comp.A.No.136 of 2023 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 2897 days in filing the claim petition in File No.11/1052A/130/1999 - AnubhvClaims in C.P.No.130 of 1999, before the respondent. 2.Learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4.Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5.The applicant is directed to file claim petition within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount will be disbursed by the learned Official Liquidator subject to the availability of funds.
