ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the rejection of the memo seeking Joint trial of the suits in O.S.Nos.295 of 2008 and 347 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpet dated 10.02.2014.

2. When this matter came up for hearing on 07.10.2020, this Court has directed the Registry to call for a report with regard to the Status of the aforesaid suits from the District Munsif, Chengalpattu. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report from the District Munsif, Chengalpet. The District Munsif, Chengalpet by the letter dated 03.11.2020 vide D.No.190/2020 has stated that as per the order passed in memo dated 19.09.2018, it was ordered for joint trial to try both the suits. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
