PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to P.G.A.204 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the order dated 21.06.2013 passed by him confirming the order dated 04.07.2011 passed by the second respondent in P.G.55 of 2008 directing the petitioner to pay gratuity to the respondents 3 to 5.
