Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Puducherry, to take on file the private complaint filed before him in Filing No.CCSR/2150/2019 as per law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Puducherry, to take on file the private complaint filed before him in Filing No.CCSR/2150/2019 as per law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint was presented in the Month of January 2019 and till date, the petitioner has appeared for more than eight hearings and the Court below has not taken cognizance of the complaint.
3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to Judicial Magistrate No.IIÍ, Puducherry, to immediately look into the private complaint and follow the procedure under Section 200 to 202 and if there are sufficient grounds for proceeding, shall proceed further to take cognizance and issue process to the accused persons during the next date of hearing.
