Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus: (a) to direct the 1st respondent to collect the fee for any additional measure at Rs.200/- only and to refund the excess fee collected of Rs.3,300/- in S.A.No.262 of 2019; (b) to direct the 1st respondent that payments already made should be taken into account in imposing fresh conditions and not to exceed the practice followed of 20%;

Even then, none appears for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
