ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners has given a representation dated 07.04.2026 for conducting an election through secret ballot and so as to continue as a President / Muthuvalli of Masjid E- Mubarak till the secret ballot election is conducted. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2026 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
