This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 26.03.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 26.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.06.2016. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court.
