ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his wife.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 03.05.2022, the private respondents have trespassed into the house of the petitioner and threatened him with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the second respondent, however, no action has been taken. Hence, he seeks police protection.
3. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is the matter related to father and son. Further, the second respondent Police had registered a case in this regard.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction for police protection. However, if any law and order issue arises, the respondents police will act on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
