With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up today and heard through video conferencing.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the TASMAC Shop No.1724, which is the subject matter of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Writ Petition has been removed from the subject premises and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is also stated by the learned counsel that the petitioner had died and no application has been filed for substitution of legal heirs and hence the Writ Petition itself has abated.

3. For the foregoing reasons, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
