PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of declaration that gift deeds transferring property to the third Respondent /CMDA, 4th Respondent/DTCP or other local planning authorities in the State of Tamil Nadu are not liable to levy of stamp duty or registration charges, and that the actions of the second respondent's department in attempting to levy the same upon such gift deeds is unconstitutional.
