ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to produce the petitioner daughter Geethanjali, aged about 15 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured on 05.11.2020 and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Villupuram.

4.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law including approaching the Child Welfare Committee.
