[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue namely the petitioner's wife S.Jayashree, wife of M.Saravanan, aged about 30 years before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
