ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to dispose the representation dated 05.04.2019 within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court in order to demarcate the property situated at 116 Tandalam Village and 117 Villanthangal Village of Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District of 14 cents of Punja land in S.No.19/3 and 38 cents of Punja land in S.No.19/1 total admeasuring 52 cents of Meenatchi Nagar Layout bearing house Plot Nos.27, 28, 29 and 30 admeasuring 11495 sq.ft of vacant land, bounded on North by S.No.19/4 vacant land, on East by 20 feet road, South by vacant land, East by vacant land of vacant house site land based on the duly registered document No.177 of 1986 dated 17.01.1986.
2. Heard, Mr.G.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.04.2019 to survey the land and fix the boundaries in respect of the property comprised in survey No.193/3 to an extent of 14 cents and in survey No.19/1 to an extent of 38 cents of Meenatchi Nagar Layout bearing house Plot Nos.27, 28, 29 and 30 admeasuring 11495 sq.ft of vacant land situated at 116 Tandalam Village and 117 Villanthangal Village of Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, as per sale deed dated 17.01.186 registered vide document No.177 of 1986, before the second respondent.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to pass order to survey the petitioners' property comprised in survey No.193/3 to an extent of 14 cents and in survey No.19/1 to an extent of 38 cents of Meenatchi Nagar Layout bearing house Plot Nos.27, 28, 29 and 30 admeasuring 11495 sq.ft of vacant land situated at 116 Tandalam Village and 117 Villanthangal Village of Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, as per sale deed dated 17.01.186 registered vide document Nos.177 of 1986, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and pass
orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fee.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
