(This case has been heard through video conferencing) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 448, 427, 336 and 307 IPC in Crime No.809 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
