Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced the interim order of stay of the Division Bench dated 16.06.2025 in CMP.No.13455 of 2025 in W.A.No. 1759 of 2025. staying the order dated 05.04.2024 in W.P.No. 8305 of 2021. 2.In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after completion of the appeal proceedings.
