Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents particularly, the third respondent's eviction notice dated 23.08.2018 vide Na.Ka.No.741/Thi.va/2018 issued for evicting the bunk shop situated at Government District Headquarters Hospital, Namakkal and quash the same and consequentially direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to continue the bunk shop by issuing licence.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the authorities with a representation for fresh allotment of bunk shop. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
