ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court dated 01.03.2024 made in W.P.No.5431 of 2024 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner himself is an encroacher. Thus actions are initiated against all the encroachers. Since actions are initiated against all the encroachers including the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed.
