M/s.P.Mohanavalli, Inspector of Police, R5 Virugambakkam Crime P.S., the contemnor, is present today. She is said to have joined only in the year 2024, and after she assumed the charges, she came to know about the direction of the Court and that she had taken steps to file the charge sheet and complied with the order. In view of the order now complied, the action against the present respondent is dropped by accepting her apology.
