The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2014 in CSR No.492 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor.
3. The allegation reveals that the petitioner's husband married 2 nd wife. The remedy is to file a private complaint and the complaint has given a criminal colour. Hence there is no need to register FIR and the petition is dismissed.
