ORDER

The petitioner has come forward seeking a direction to be issued to the respondents to evaluate the bids including the petitioner (i.e.,) bid for supply of glass syringe (3 types) and hypodermic needless(3 types) as per tender invitation in IFB No.HSCC/PUR/IMMU/SN/2003 dated 03.09.2003 on the file of the 2nd respondent without reference to qualification criteria as mentioned in Section VII-A1(c) of the bid documents and award contract.

2. Today(22.08.2017), when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Aravindan, learned counsel representing M/s.S.Hemalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.37126 of 2004 is closed.
