This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2014 in CSR.No.762 of 2014 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the petitioner had entered into an agreement in the year 2012 with the opposite party, for purchasing a property and the terms of agreement was not given effect. The complaint seems to be civil in nature and a positive direction cannot be given.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy, in the manner known to law.
