Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in TIN/33291200113/2006-07 to 2009-10 dated 29.10.2015, quash the same and direct the second respondent to furnish the copies of the records as sought for by the petitioner vide its application dated 30.09.2015. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the communication dated 29.10.2015 issued by the second respondent, in and by which, the request of the petitioner seeking certified copies of the documents was rejected.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions, submitted that the copies sought for by the petitioner in its representation dated 30.09.2015 are made ready and the same shall be furnished to the petitioner, on their appearance before the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 16.12.2015 and on their appearance, the second respondent shall furnish the copies as required by the petitioner.
