The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner had filed a petition in C.R.P.(NPD) No.2276 of 2019 against the decreetal order dated 20.03.2019 made in I.A.No.277 of 2018 in O.S.No.109 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kangayam and the same was allowed by order dated 28.10.2021. However, in the order copy it is wrongly reflected as dismissed instead of allowed. Hence, the learned Counsel prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph 7 of the order in C.R.P.(NPD) No.2276 of 2019 dated 28.10.2021 is to be read as follows:

7. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Since, the case is pending from the year 2013, the trial Judge is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
