The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2015 under Sections 494, 495, 498(A), 120(b) r/w 34 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The complaint reveals that the petitioner's husband married second time without her consent. Therefore, her remedy is to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
