2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent.

3.The prayer in this Civil Revision Petition is for a direction for an early disposal of the Civil Suit. 4.The learned District Munsif, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District, is directed to dispose of the civil suit in O.S.No.38 of 1990 on merits. Such exercise shall be completed on or before 31 January 2017.

5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
