ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass.

2. The petitioner has been called often at odd hours by the respondent police on the complaint of one Murugadanushkodi, with whom, the petitioner had some business transaction for supply of construction materials. There was some dispute with regard to the quality and standard of supply for civil transaction. The said Murugadanushkodi had lodged complaint before the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that on the complaint of one Murugadanushkodi, current paper from the police was received and both the petitioner and complainant called for enquiry and the complaint was closed finding it civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
