O R D E R

The petitioners have come forward with this petition to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that one P.Ramamoorthy has lodged a complaint dated 28.02.2015 alleging that these petitioners are having affair with his wife. Based on the complaint of the said P.Ramamoorthy, a petition enquiry in CSR No.67 of 2015 is being conducted by the respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioners could be given. If the petitioners are wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, they can very well be summoned by the respondents police, and while doing so, the petitioners shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioners should submit themselves to the respondent police for interrogation and enquiry.
