ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner herein through registered post on 09.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that another complaint given by the petitioner himself is pending before the Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry. Therefore, it will be in the interest of justice, the present complaint may also be transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry to conduct enquiry in both the complaints of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the present complaint of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 is transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry to conduct enquiry in both the complaints preferred by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and if any cognizable offence is made out, the Investigating Officer shall proceed further in accordance with law as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
