This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 7 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Sellammal and array them as respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 14.07.2021 stating that the first appellant namely Jayalakshmi w/o Narayanasami died on 01.02.2020. The second appellant namely Rangarajan s/o deceased Jayalakshmi is already on record. Hence there is no abatement. The said Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent has to be brought on record, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
