Petition for amendment of Crime Number as Cr.No.227 of 2015 instead of Cr.No.277 of 2015 and as Section 341, 294(b), 336, 392, 397, 506(ii) IPC and include Section 427 IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2015, dated 23.03.2015.

2. It is submitted that typographical error occurred while typing the crime number and sections. Hence, amendment sought for.

3. Amendment petition allowed.

4. Office is directed to carry out the amendment as sought for in the amendment petition and issue fresh order copy.

5. Petitioner shall execute bail bond within 15 days as per the order of this court, dated 23.03.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2015 from the date of receipt of amended order copy.
