ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with FIR in Crime No.117 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valavanur Police Station, Valavanur, Villupuram District and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2020 and charge sheet also filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.46 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
