ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent submits that a physical test for the post of GR-II-Police Constable, Jail Warder, Fireman in the common Recruitment 2020 is proposed to be conducted for those candidates who missed the physical test https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
earlier due to Covid-19 pandemic on 06.09.2021 & 07.09.2021 tentatively.
2.Considering the fact, that the petitioner was called for interview on the last occasion, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner also to participate in the fresh physical test that is proposed to be conducted on 06.09.2021 and 07.09.2021 along with the candidates who could not participate earlier due to Covid - 19 pandemic. The respondents are directed to send proper intimation to the petitioner to attend the physical test and that is proposed to be held on these days. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
